31 August, 2006 by Waxaynu ku soo jirnay 16 sano oo burbur ah iyo dhibaato, cida ugu badan ee u nuglaatay dhibkaas waxay ahayd dhalinyaro aad u fara badan kuwaas ay jahawareer ku rideen colaadaha sokeeye ee wadanka ka jira mudada faraha badan, waxayna ahayeen cida qudha ee dagaal oogayaasha Somaliya ay isaga dhigayeen madfaca Email: fardus77@yahoo.comUrarada Dhaliyarada Puntland ma waxay u baahan yihiin kobcin mise burburin?
Intaas ka dib waxa suurta gashay in maamulka Puntland, uu xasilooni ka dhaliyo gabolada hoos taga taasina ay fursad u noqotay in dhalinyara badan ay ku fekeraan in ay dhisaan mustaqbilkooda iyo jiilka ka dameeya. Hadaba si wax loogu qabto waxaa asaasmay ururo dhalinyaro oo qunyar socod ah oo ay hortaagan yihiin dhibaatoyin guud iyo kuwa gaar ahaaneed, oo ay ka mid yihiin 1. Aqoon la’aan: 2. Dhaqaale xumo 3. Dagaalo sokeeye.
Aqoon la’aantu waa cadawga qudha ee hortaagan dhalinyarada, sababteyna inay gaari wayeen wax yaala badan oo ay hiigsanayeen nolosha wakhtiga fog.
Dhaqaalahu waa qodobka labaad ee aad moodo in hortaagan yahay dhalinta si ay u gaarto isku filaansho, ha ahaato mid shaqsi ahaaneed iyo mid ururba, waxa ka mid ah ardayga oon helin aqoon sare taasna dhalin badan oo niyad fiican u hayey inay wax bartaan aysanba awoodin, mida kalena waxay tahay ururkii waxa uu u baahan yahay wixii uu ku socon lahaa marka inta aadan wax qaban ayaa la rabaa sidaad ku dabooli lahayd kharashaadka joogtada ah ee loo yaqaan (running cost), waxay ku shaqeeyaan si mutadawac nimo leh oo ay is leeyihiin bal sidii aad dadkaaga wax ugu qaban laahayd, waxana dhacda in wax badan wakhtigooda ku lumiyaan xagee guriga kiradiisa ka keentaa bishan.
Dagaalada sokeeyana, waa meesha kaliya ee wakiilka u ah dhibaatoyinka aan kor kusoo sheegnay, dhalinyaradu waa dad inta badan isku raaca dookh iyo dabeecad ee anay ku jirin arima qabiil iyo mid siyaasadeed toona, taasina maha wax suurta gelaya hadii ay jiraan colaado sokeeya, halkaas waxa ka muuqda inay noqdeen shinbir shabaq ku jirta.
Hadaba waxa ayaamahanba isa soo tarayey in ururo dhalinyaro ah ay ku howlanayeen inay sameeyaan dallad midaysa dhalinyarada reer Puntland. Hadaba waxaa is waydiin leh, Wax mataraysaa ururada mise way burburin?.
Hadaba hadii aan ka hadlo fikirkayga shaqsi ahaneed iyo aqoonta aan u leeyahay ururada dhalinyarada iyo guud ahaanba ururada bulshada waxay iila muuqataa in dallad la sameeyo maanta ay jahawareer ku tahay ururada. hada soo kacaya, sababaha aan u aaminsanahay midaas waxay tahay wali waxaan meesha ka bixin dhibaatoyinkii waa weynaa aan kor ku soo sheegay oo hortaagan ururkasta oo gooni u taagan ama kuwa midaysan.
Puntland waa meesha ugu urura yar marka loo eego south central iyo Somaliland. Waxaana horay uga jiray Puntland dallada badan oo qaybtoodna burbureen inteeda kale ay ku jiraan jahwareer siyaasadeed oo dhex dooda ah, waxa dhacaysa in dhaqaalaha meel gelinta ururada ay hoos u dhacaan meelaha ay urura badan ay jaanis heli lahayeen dalladu waa xafis qudha oo ugu badanaan ka kooban 7 qof la siiyo xirfadda aqooneed aysan turjumi karin guud ahaan dhalinyarada ama ururada ka jira Puntland ururada dhalinyada waxay hada u shaqeeyaan si furan oo leh wada shaqeeyn guud ah (Co-operation) , taasna waxay ugu muuqataa inay awood dheeraad ah ay ka helayaan ururadu.
Waxaa hada isla ognahay in Tala-wadaag Network oo ay ahayd dallad ay isugu tageen ururada bulshada ee Puntland ay socon wayday arimada siyasadeed darteed, waxa ka mid ah, Puntland Education Network (PEN), Wadajir Youth Network (WADYO), Somali Associated Youth (SAY NET) iyo kuwa kale oo badan sida:-
Puntland Students Association Network ( PSA Network) waxay ahayd dallad jamcisa ururo badan oo ka jiray gobolada Puntland oo ah dhalinyaro. hadana waxaad moodaa inuu siyaasad ahaan hirgali waayey iyadoo ay hor istaageen sadexdii qodob aan kor ku soo sheegnay, waxa jira kuwa badan oo hada jira lakin aanay jirin waxa wada shaqeyn fiican oo ka dhaxaysa, waxaana ururada ka tirsan shuruud looga dhigaa inay soo maraan dallada taasina waxay kala kulmaan dhibaatoyin badan. Waxaa ka mid ah Duud Mudug oo ku dooda inay tahay dallada gobolka mudug hadana aanay ka dhexayn wax wada shaqayn ah ururada ka jira gobolka, waxaa iyagana jira KASYO oo ka howl gasha gobolka Karkaar balse mowqif ahaan aan ku midaysnayn , waxaa hada oran karnaa inay igu cadcad yihiin MUDAN NET oo ka howlgasha gobolka Nugaal balse iyada nafteeda ay ku qanacsanayn dhalin yarada gobolka.
Hada waxay aniga iila muuqataa Puntland waxaa ka jira maamul waxaana jirta Wasaarad qaabilsan arimaha dhalinyada iyo Sport-ga waxan aaminsanahay mida kaliya ee ay hoostegi karaan inay tahay wasaarada.
Wasaarada waajibaadka looga baahan yahay waxay tahay inay diwaan geliso ururada dhalinyarada una doodo sidii loo kobicin lahaa dhaqaalaha iyo aqoonta urarada dhalinyarada ka jira Puntland iyo la sameeyo xiriir wada shayneed (co-ordination meeting) ururada iyo dhalinyaradu ay ku kala warqaataan dawlada ay ka sheegto waxay u hayso dhalinyarada, dhalinyaraduna ay soo bandhigaan ilaa hada waxay u qabteen bulshada ay wakiilka ka yahiin. Waxaana loo baahan yahay inay wada shaqayaan ee anay kala shaqayn, ururada caalamiga ahna la waydiisto inay maalgelin ku sameyaan wasaaradda iyo ururadaba
Dawlada iyo ururkasta oo maxali ah waxa xaq kasaaran yahay in uu dalkiisa iyo dadkiisa lasheqayo, markaa cidii ay u arkaan inay dhaqankooda, dantooda, dalkooda aysan horumar u wadin ay xaq u leeyhiin in la xisaabtamaan. Aniga waxan la shaqeeynayey ururada bulshada muda gaaraysa 10 sano markaa waan dareemi karaa dhibaatoyinkooda iyo ciladaha kahor imaan kara dallada hada la taago, markaa cid walba oo wakiil ka noqonaysaa ururada waxa loo baahan yahay inaay leedahay Awood dhaqaale iyo mid aqooneed markaa oo ay ku maamusho ururada oo dhan waxqabadkooda taasna waxan filayaa inaan la heli karin balan qaad noocaas ah. Soomaali hadii aynu nahayna wax ayaan burburinaa moyee wax ma dhisno taasna waxa ugu wacan waxaa inaga maqan lahaanshaha (Ownership) maadaama taas la waayana waxaa dhaceysa inaysan sii jirin wax walba aynu sameyney .

Good Image of Somali Wife
Islam has protected woman’s pride and humanity, and has respected her wishes with regard to the choice of a husband with whom she will spend the rest of her life. It is not acceptable for anyone, no matter who he is, to force a woman into a marriage with a man she does not like.
The Somali woman who understands the teachings of her religion has wise and correct standards when it comes to choosing a husband. She does not concern herself just with good looks, high status, a luxurious lifestyle or any of the other things that usually attract women. She looks into his level of commitment and his attitude and behavior, because these are the pillars of a successful marriage, and the best features of a husband. And that indicates the importance of these qualities in a potential husband, as a culture obliges a woman to accept the proposal of anyone who has these qualities, lest fitnah and corruption become widespread in society
Just as the true young man will not be attracted to the pretty girls who have grown up in a bad environment, so the young woman also is same, no matter how handsome they may be. Rather she will be attracted to the serious, educated, believing man who is clean-living and pure of heart, whose behavior is good and whose understanding of responsibility is sound. No-one is a suitable partner for the good, believing woman except a good, believing man; and no-one is a suitable partner for the wayward, immoral woman but a wayward, immoral man, as Allah (Subhanahu wa ta’ala) has said
The Somali woman is always obedient to her husband, provided that no sin is involved. She is respectful towards him and is always eager to please him and make him happy. If he is poor, she does not complain about his being unable to spend much. She does not complain about her housework, because she remembers that many of the virtuous women in Somali history set an example of patience, goodness and a positive attitude in serving their husbands and taking care of their homes despite the poverty and hardships they faced.
They had a clear understanding of how to be a good wife, which confirmed to the man who had come to seek her hand that she was a woman who would understand the psychology and nature of her husband and would know what would please him and what would make him angry; she would be able to win his heart and earn his admiration and respect, and would close the door to every possible source of conflict that could disrupt their married life.
The woman/man who does not understand these realities does not deserve to be a successful wife/husband; through her/his ignorance and shortcoming problems because religious obligation for which Allah (Subhanahu wa ta’ala) will call her to account: if she has done well, she will be rewarded, but if she has fallen short she will have to pay the penalty.
Horn
Mutual understanding and harmony between husband and wife cannot be achieved unless there is understanding between them on such matters, so that neither of them will fall into such errors and troubles as may damage the marriage which has built on a basis of love and mercy, and sought to maintain its purity, care and harmony
Somali woman is always keen to win her husband’s love and to please him. Nothing should spoil his happiness or enjoyment of life. So she speaks kind words to him, and refrains from saying anything hurtful or upsetting. She brings him good news, but she keeps bad news from him as much as she can, or postpones telling it until a more suitable time when it will not upset him so much. If she finds that she has no alternative but to tell him upsetting news, she looks for the most suitable way to convey it, so that the blow will not be so hard on him. Virtuous women ever do so
Just as Islam expects a man to help his wife with housework and running household affairs, so the woman is also expected to help him in dealing with the outside world and to play her role in life by offering her opinions and advice, and supporting him in practical terms
the most prominent characteristics of the Somali woman are her strength of character, mature way of thinking, and serious conduct. These are qualities which the Somali woman possesses both before and after marriage.
This discussion of the intellectual, psychological and other qualities of the smart Somali wife demonstrates that she is a successful wife, if not the most successful wife and the greatest blessing and good fortune that a man may enjoy.
